  • You have 7 working days from the date you receive your order to request a return for store credit.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Condition for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Sale items may not be eligible for return based on the brandโ€™s FAQ section; check product terms before ordering.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds & Credits

  • Auriva generally does not issue direct cash or card refunds โ€” returns are usually converted into store credit/credit note thatโ€™s valid for use on future purchases (typically valid for up to 1 year).

  • For prepaid orders, you may also be offered store credit or exchange options instead of a cash refund.

๐Ÿ”„ How Returns Work

  1. Email customer support at auriva015@gmail.com to request a return and get pickup instructions.

  2. Pack the item in original condition before shipping it back โ€” items sent without a prior request might not be accepted.

  3. Once the item arrives and is checked, your credit note/store credit will be processed.

  • You may be able to exchange items for another product or the same item (subject to availability), usually through a similar process.
